Certificate in Computer Packages

The institute offers short term computer application packages than run for a minimum of one week per package. Students get introduced to Computing, Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Database Management Systems, Desktop Presentation and Desktop Publishing Packages.

Entry requirement – OPEN
Duration – 3 months (1 term)
Fees – 500 per package

International Computer Driving License (ICDL)

ICDL is the world’s leading computer skills certification. The program defines the skills and competencies necessary to use a computer and common computer applications. It offers a wide range of modules including Computer Essentials, Word Processing, spreadsheets, databases, project management and IT Security. Students also choose from a wide range of standard and advanced modules which aren’t compulsory but may be necessary.

Duration – 3 months (1 term)
Fees – 25,000 for the whole course

Certificate in Information Communication Technology

The program provides students with a strong basic foundation to develop relevant applications for businesses and public organizations. Students will be equipped with the essential knowledge of business processes and technical skills required to harness the power of information and communication technologies.

They will also be able to adopt and apply methodologies in Software Engineering to analyze, design, develop, and implement information systems to gain competitive advantages in the industries.

Entry requirement – KCSE D or KCE Division III certificate in computer applications
Duration – 2 years (6 terms)
Examining Body: Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC)
Fees – 13,500 per term

Diploma in Information Communication Technology

The course provides students with a strong basic foundation to develop relevant applications for businesses and public organizations. Students will be equipped with the essential knowledge of business processes and technical skills required to harness the power of information and communication technologies. They will also be able to adopt the good practices in Software Engineering to analyze, design, develop and implement effective information systems to support various industries’ information needs.

Duration – 3 years (9 terms)
Examining Body: Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC)
Fees – 15,000 per term
