Certificate in Hotel and Catering Supervision

The program concentrates on providing students with the additional knowledge, skills and techniques required for the efficient management of hotel & catering operations. Students may choose to continue with their studies and graduate with a Diploma in Hospitality Management.

Students will be able to understand:

  • Hotel & Catering Law
  • Accounting, Purchasing & Cost Control
  • The Human Resource in Hospitality
  • Marketing for Hospitality & Tourism

Entry requirement – KCSE D or KCE Division III.
Duration – 6 months (2 terms)
Examining Body – Institute of Commercial Management (ICM)
Fees – 15,000 per term
