Certificate in Pastry and Bakery – Internal

This certificate program offers fundamental knowledge and skills, with hands-on experience that prepares participants for entry-level employment in the food and beverage industry. The program is aimed at working professionals in the food and beverage industry, fresh students, housewives and anyone who wishes to upgrade their skills and knowledge in pastry and bakery and obtain an industry recognized certification.

At the end of this program, students will have knowledge of:

  • Quality Control Procedures
  • Baking techniques, mixing methods and piping skills
